Oklahoma City ranks as the “Horse Show Capital of the World.” Oklahoma City is the capital and largest city of the U.S. state of Oklahoma. The county seat of Oklahoma County, the city ranks 31st among United States cities in population. Besides Oklahoma County, the sprawling city extends into Canadian, Cleveland, and Pottawatomie counties. It was founded during the Land Run of 1889.

Here we will discuss about the famous and elegant malls in Oklahoma City. Every mall in this city has its own distinguishable features and class.

Penn Square Mall
This mall is located on Northwest Expressway on the corner of Pennsylvania Avenue and easily accessible from I-44. One of Oklahoma City’s more upscale shopping establishments, Penn Square Mall is spacious, elegant and easy to navigate and has all the stores and shops you can possibly need. The movie theater in this mall is a Dickinson theater. This mall also has a small but varied food court and beautiful ambiance.

Quail Springs Mall
Located in North Oklahoma City near Edmond, Quail Springs Mall is one of the largest in the state. It is also one of the busiest. The district along Memorial Road between Penn and Lake Hefner Parkway continues to build around Quail Springs. The mall itself has over 160 stores on 3 levels. The lowest level holds the AMC 24 movie theater and the large food court.

Crossroads Mall
Located in South Oklahoma City at the intersection of I-35 and I-240, Crossroads Mall has been one of the more popular shopping establishments in the city for over 30 years. This mall is the largest in the metro area. The 16 screen Regal Theater, one of the better theaters in the city, is not located inside the mall. It is on the adjacent property and has all the premium amenities such as stadium seating and digital sound. The food court is simple and not very well defined.

50 Penn Place Shopping Center
This is one of the more upscale shopping centers in the city. 50 Penn Place is located on NW Expressway just across from Penn Square Mall. It has covered parking, eateries and shops on 3 stories.

North Park Mall
North park mall is not the biggest or the newest mall in the city, but North Park Mall still has some fine shopping establishments within it. Located on North May Avenue just south of 122nd, North park mall contains a few unique shops and elegant shops that you would not easily find any where.
